AI & Modern Work
Generative AI Services
Private and governed generative AI built on Azure OpenAI and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with full control over data, access, and quality.
We implement generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry, from RAG assistants that answer questions based on your internal documentation (powered by Azure AI Search) to tools that generate proposals, summaries, and contract analyses. All within your Azure tenant, ensuring your data never leaves your subscription.
What makes it different
Microsoft-based architecture, not generic GenAI:
We do not simply integrate an LLM. We build on Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AI Foundry, Purview, and Entra ID. Each component has a specific role: the model reasons, AI Search retrieves context, Purview protects data, and Entra ID manages access. It is a complete architecture, not an API wrapper.
Why does your organization need it?
Dispersed knowledge
Documentation in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and email that is difficult to find.
Bottlenecks
Teams overwhelmed by repetitive questions.
Slow processes
Drafts, summaries, and analysis that consume hours of work.
Shadow AI risks
Use of public tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) without controls, exposing sensitive information.
Scaling without losing quality
More demand with the same team.
Technologies we use
Azure OpenAI Service
GPT-4o, GPT-4.1, and embedding models deployed in your tenant with full data control.
Azure AI Foundry
Orchestration, quality evaluation, prompt engineering, and managed deployment.
Azure AI Search
Indexing and semantic search for RAG solutions across your data sources.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Generative AI for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Copilot Studio
Copilot extension and customization with organization-specific knowledge.
Microsoft Purview
Sensitivity labels and DLP policies applied to generated content.

- RAG assistants: Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search connected to your internal knowledge sources, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and databases.
- Document generation: Proposals, meeting notes, summaries, and reports based on corporate templates.
Intelligent analysis: Clause extraction, contract comparison, and executive summaries.
Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption: Deployment, configuration, role-based training, and impact measurement.
Prompt catalog: Role and department-specific prompts to accelerate adoption.
Monitoring and improvement: Quality evaluation, feedback collection, and iterative optimization
What do we offer as a company?
Cubrimos todo el ciclo, desde asistentes que responden sobre tu conocimiento interno hasta la generación y análisis de documentos, con la adopción de Copilot y la mejora continua como parte del servicio.
Security, privacy and governance
Data within your tenant
Azure OpenAI does not train on your data or share it. Your information never leaves your subscription.
Access with Entra ID
Authentication and permissions aligned with your directory.
Protection with Purview
Sensitivity labels applied to generated content, DLP policies, and retention controls.
Reliable responses
RAG powered by controlled data sources, guardrails, and reduced hallucinations.
What you will get
Every project concludes with operational deliverables, not presentations. Solutions your teams can start using from the very first week.
- Generative AI solutions deployed within your tenant with access controls in place.
- Prioritized use cases and a phased implementation roadmap.
- Operational assistants tailored to each business area.
- Usage and governance guides.
- Metrics: adoption, time savings, and response quality.

Generative AI within your tenant
RAG assistants built on your internal knowledge, with your data always under your control and never leaving Azure.
We answer your questions
No. Azure OpenAI operates within your own subscription. Microsoft contractually guarantees that your data is not used to train public AI models.
M365 Copilot is integrated with Microsoft Office and works with your Microsoft Graph data. A custom assistant allows for specific RAG implementations, integration with proprietary databases, and tailored business logic. The two approaches are complementary.
