Aleson ITC, Sociedad Limitada (Aleson) is the owner, among others, of the domain “aleson-itc.com”, as well as of the website published and hosted under that domain (hereinafter, “the website”), made available to its users for the purpose of providing information about its corporate identity, products and services.
In accordance with the requirements of the applicable national legislation on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, users are hereby informed of the entity’s corporate, tax and registration details:

2. USERS
Access to and/or use of this portal owned by ALESON ITC, creator of the website, confers the status of USER, who accepts, from the moment of such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may, where applicable, be mandatory.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
ALESON ITC provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to ALESON ITC, creator of the website, or to its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. Such responsibility extends to any registration that may be required to access certain services or contents.

4. DATA PROTECTION
ALESON ITC complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulation implementing the Organic Law, and any other applicable regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. All rights reserved. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of ALESON ITC, is expressly prohibited. The USER agrees to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by ALESON ITC. 10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
ALESON ITC shall pursue any breach of these terms as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.

ALESON ITC may modify the terms established herein at any time, which shall be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these terms shall depend on their display and they shall remain in force until they are modified by others that are duly published.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between ALESON ITC and the USER shall be governed by the applicable Spanish regulations, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
