Data processed
The data we process during browsing and use of this platform and of any of its contents, services and options are browsing data, as well as your identification and contact details, such as name, telephone number and e-mail address, in order to manage your contact, information or trial requests. In the event of contracting our services, in addition to identification and contact details, we may process data relating to your personal circumstances such as date of birth, age, gender or nationality, commercial, financial and banking data such as account number, and any other additional data that may need to be collected within the framework of its operation, functionality and management, or for the subscription to or supply of any of our services made available to you. If you provide us with third-party data, you must have their consent, releasing Aleson from any liability arising therefrom.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in forms are mandatory, and failure to complete them will make it impossible to deal with your request or petition. The personal data you provide when completing contact forms, trial requests, online assistance or subscription to services, which are identified as mandatory, are necessary to deal with your request, supply the information, content, product or service requested and/or maintain contact, depending on their nature. Likewise, we inform you that we may process the data of users of our website, tools, services and utilities through our interactions with them and through the latter. Legal basis

Duration of the processing

Data relating to users of a trial version or service will be processed during its activation or provision period and will be deleted once it has ended, with the exception of data that must be kept for legal or contractual reasons. In the event that your data is used for more than one purpose with different retention periods, we will keep your data applying the longest retention period. The data of users who register for or subscribe to information and news services will be processed until the user requests to unsubscribe from them. The commercial contact details of users requesting demonstrations will be kept for a maximum period of one year, unless they must be kept for longer periods to meet any obligation or liability arising from the relationship maintained. Minors and legal incapacity

We do not knowingly process data of minors. Disclosure of data

In the event of a merger or sale, or in the event that all or part of our business assets are acquired by or merged with a third entity, or within the framework of a planned change-of-control transaction, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the data we have collected from users as part of such merger, acquisition or change of control, especially to ensure the continuity of the services and applications that may have been requested, subject to the legal framework in force.
Security measures
Aleson undertakes to comply with its obligation of confidentiality and secrecy regarding the personal data it processes and adopts the security measures required by privacy legislation in order to reasonably ensure its protection and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account at all times the state of the art. However, Aleson cannot fully guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its security systems or those of third parties, since no security measure currently installed is absolutely unbreachable. Therefore, Aleson shall in no case be liable for incidents that may arise concerning personal data when they derive from an attack or unauthorised access to its systems in such a way that it is impossible for the implemented security systems to detect it, without prejudice to the possible obligation to notify the event suffered to the competent authorities and affected users.
User rights
