OHLA Progress Enablers, a leading company in the construction and civil engineering sector, faced a major operational challenge in its shared services area. Managing a high volume of supplier invoices in multiple formats required extensive manual processing before integration into the corporate ERP. OHLA relied on a highly manual invoice management process driven by the variety of supplier invoice formats.
